Job Description
- Inspection for all Mechanical / Plumbing works on site (Residential resort).
- Reviewing & Approval for Mechanical / Plumbing Shop drawings.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Coordinate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project and report to his supervisor.
- Assist with Project Manager in liaising with clients representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
- Preparing reports as required especially any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Mechanical Engineering
- Related Experience 7-10 Yrs in Consultant Firms.
- Very good knowledge of related design software.
- Very good command of related codes and standards.
- Very good command of English language (both written& spoken)
- Very good command of Autocad , Microsoft office.
