Job Description
- Plan and execute all social media channels paid campaigns. Measure and report performance and assess results against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and other relevant platforms
- Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
- Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
- Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC)
- Support SEO strategies by understanding keyword priorities and how they integrate into content marketing plans
- Assist in link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
- Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
- Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management
- Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Works with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
- Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
- Build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences
- Provide analysis and recommendations as the program evolves and can be reviewed
- Research and administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of social media strategy
- Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis in coordination with client goals and benchmarks
- Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
- Brainstorm new and creative Social Media Campaigns.
- Develops content for monthly social media calendars across different social channels and creating all digital marketing needed content (Website, Email Marketing, SMS campaigns...)
Job Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in social media marketing with demonstrated successes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
- Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
- Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and website administrations
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Fluency in English
