Job Description

  • Hands on implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK
  • Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
  • Issue / Ticket troubleshooting and end-user support
  • Analyze, Design the solutions for the requirements and transform the same in terms of configuration and a Design Document for Complex Custom extension components.
  • Conduct Code & Test Case reviews as needed.
  • Track & lead team of 4 developers and communicate with other development team members.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Work Experience:

  • 4-6 years’ experience as a Software Developer
  • Prior experience in a technical leadership position

Qualifications:

  • MSCRM 2016 experience
  • MSCRM product and SDK Knowledge
  • Proficiency in developing efficient Client side scripting using JQuery, Plug-In, Work Flows, Custom Business Processes and a good level of knowledge in developing MS SharePoint applications, ASP.NET applications, SSRS and SSIS Packages
  • Multi-tasker
  • High customer service oriented and ability to deliver appropriate service to company employees.
  • Dynamics CRM Certification is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage the client communications, ability to write a proper Technical Design Document is necessary.
  • Good knowledge in Developing ASP.NET applications, SSRS and SSIS Packages.
  • Proficiency in developing efficient client side scripting using JQuery, Plug-In, Work Flows, Custom Business Processes
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL server & Reporting Services
  • Prior experience in production support activities such as Incident and Problem tickets, Batch monitoring, Standard Service Requests and Release coordination activities.
  • MSCRM product and SDK Knowledge.
