Job Description
We're looking for an awesome Recruitment Specialist to join our Recruitment Team and be responsible for most of our IT clients.
- Build a strong database by sourcing potential candidates from different channels.
- Search & Screen different CVs and match them to the requested jobs.
- Conduct Phone & Face to Face interviews with potential candidates (HR & Technical Interviews)
- Handle all clients' communications from A to Z
- Give total support to freelance recruiters in terms of Sourcing CVs, Screening or Interviews Arrangement.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate
- 1+ year(s) of experience in Recruitment, IT Recruitment background is a must.
- Excellent English language
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients at once.
