Job Description

  • Handle, Manage and efficiently deal with customer inquiries, complaints and requests
  • Understand the process cycle and acts upon
  • Input customers ‘& contracts’ data and retrieve information whenever required
  • Coordinate and liaise with the concerned departments in regards to customer’ inquiries and transactions
  • Able to handle different situations and various tempers professionally.
  • Able to work extra hours when required and whenever needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree
  • 2 years' of experience in similar role
  • Fluent Arabic & English speaker
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communication and customer skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Patient, logical thinking and good listener
  • Work under pressure and could manage deadlines.
  • New cairo residents .
