Job Description
- Handle, Manage and efficiently deal with customer inquiries, complaints and requests
- Understand the process cycle and acts upon
- Input customers ‘& contracts’ data and retrieve information whenever required
- Coordinate and liaise with the concerned departments in regards to customer’ inquiries and transactions
- Able to handle different situations and various tempers professionally.
- Able to work extra hours when required and whenever needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree
- 2 years' of experience in similar role
- Fluent Arabic & English speaker
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication and customer skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Patient, logical thinking and good listener
- Work under pressure and could manage deadlines.
