Civil Project Manager (Construction) - Uganda

• Leading Engineering Contractors incorporated in Uganda and we are one of the leading engineering contractors in Uganda also established in East Africa.

The following are the job responsibilities but not limited to

• Liaising with the client, consultant and project staff
  In charge of the project budget for materials and manpower & maintaining accurate billing records.
• Ensuring that all quality control, environmental and health and safety requirements are met.Formulated policies, managed daily operations, and planned the use of materials and human resources.
• Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates.
• Accurately estimate material, construction and labor costs as well as project timescales, Directing and supervising workers.
• Planning and Monitoring, Procurement, Finance, operations and Work-force Management, Quality Control and Compliance, Revising all structure and architectural designs.
• Preparing all structural shop drawings.
• Supervising all works at site.
