- Responsible for regional customers technical support services and training
- Manage customer technical problems and feedbacks
- Cooperate with sales representatives for market development and promotion
- Responsible for technical communication of customer’s project, follow up research and develop, test and handover process
- Regularly provide technical proposal for firmware/software functions, compose and implement reasonable training plan
