Job Description
- EM Theory of Change development and Compliance.
- Understanding, developing and leading the creation of the School theory of change.
- Making sure that products and initiatives creation and designs are compliant with theory of change inputs, activities and measurements.
- Aligning with School Principle school activities in accordance to theory of change.
- Ensuring theory of change is broken down into measurable indicators.
- Deploying theory of change indicators in quality control system.

- School Transformation Model (STM) Theory of change Development and Compliance.

- Managing and attending to the needs of the longitudinal study of Educate Me School with correspondent function/responsible person e.g. (School Principle, PR, HR, etc.)
- Managing partnerships with research institutions and experts to gain access to scientific resources.
- Quality Control and M&E System Creation and Management.
- Leading the creation of monitoring and evaluation system with M&E Specialist considering Theory of Change.
- Leading the participation of School Principle, Program Manager, HOC and HOPDD during the creating of the M&E system.
- Review M&E tools and measurements based on instruments in the theory of change.
- Ensures scheduling field observation for (Internal & External) trainings across M&E plan.
- Ensures scheduling field observation for School across M&E plan.
Team Management.
- In consultation with the HR Manager, recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the development activities/needs.
- Manage Team members and/or volunteers accordingly.
- Follow up on Team's schedules/workplans and ensure they allocate their team's workplans.
- Follow up on documentation, reports and consolidations.
- Monitor and evaluate Team members.
- Visit School and trainings for inspection and observation.
- Ongoing coaching and mentoring of Team members.
Internal Reporting.
- Manage and submit OGSM Reporting.

Job Requirements
- Education: University Bachelor's degree and Masters degree.
- Specialized Knowledge: Higher Education and specialized, related degree in Education/Management, Curriculum and Teacher's training is a must.
- Skills: Great knowledge and ability to manage Team, analytical skills, coordination and communication skills, flexibility.
