Receive the customer orders data from customer service, such as:

• Delivery date.
• Paper type.
• Box description “layout”.
• Colours levels.
• Production date.
• Production line number.

Review master card before delivering them to the Planning department.

• Coordinate with customer service department to set priorities.
• Using the electronic archive SAP to save the repeated customers’ orders.
• Deliver the master card to the technical department to prepare cliché forms , inks , etc.
• Modify the master card to client’s modifications.
• Use the electronic archive SAP to save the repeated customers’ orders.
