Job Description
- Schedules, with the customer, service appointment, in accordance with work flow in the Service Center.
- Communicates with customer to share nature of mechanical problems detected, as well as potential problems which may arise which the customer was not aware of.
- Ensures that customer is in agreement with all service work to be conducted in his / her vehicles, as well as has knowledge of approximate cost of such repairs.
- Ensures that Customer signs the repair / service agreement.
- Maintains a transparent, friendly yet professional relationship with the customer throughout repair period in line with ensuring that customer trust has been gained.
- Follows up with the progress of each repair order and immediately contacts customer regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised for such repairs.
- Delivers the vehicle to the customer and is always available to respond to customer queries.
- Prepares a weekly report for Reception Section Head outlining number of vehicles repaired, nature of repairs and cost.
Job Requirements
- BSc. of Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical).
- 2-3 Years of Experience in the similar role.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Presentable.
- Very Good computer skills.
