Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Coordinating with the managers of various departments to plan the needs of human resources and ways to provide them and train them and improve their performance
  • Make the necessary updates to the organizational structure of the company according to the need of work and offer it to the head of the financial sector and institutional support for its adoption
  • Manage the process of assessing the performance of employees at the company.
  • Develop the training plan based on the training needs of employees in the different departments of the company
  • Identify the resources for the training and administrative development item, where the proposed budget for the implementation of the training plan, in accordance with the company's strategy in this area.
  • Ensure that work skills training is carried out
  • Supervise the approved time control system and link the actual working hours with salary benefits.
  • Full supervision of recruitment processes
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and governmental procedures for the application of labor law, social insurance law and income tax law and ensure the establishment of good relations with the labor offices and the insurance office.
  • Obtain an appropriate high school qualification

Job Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration and Diploma of Professional Human Resources is preferred to have a certificate in the Labor Law and a certificate in the tax law on wages and a certificate in the Social Insurance Law
  • Preferably at the same post for at least 7 years
  • Must have 7 to 9 years' experience in working experience with most of the activities related to the job required
  • Preferably have at least 7 years of experience in the same field of activity of the company (metal forming and manufacturing of electrical products)
  • Preferably have at least 1 years of experience in the same area of manufactured products (lighting manufacturing, poles, electric panels, cable trays, hot galvanizing)
  • Have experience working as a human resources management and management manager
  • Obtain an appropriate high school qualification
  • Have a technical or vocational training related to the job activity
  • To have the technical knowledge and skills of the technical skills and knowledge in the management of human resources and administrative affairs and technical knowledge of the insurance companies
  • Technical knowledge in the labor law and skills and technical knowledge in the law on taxes on wages and skills and technical knowledge in the law of social insurance
  • Proficiency in English: at least knowledge of the technical terms of the job
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency
