Job Description
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates for special requirements of clients
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Build candidate databases
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with hiring managers and technical managers to conduct interviews
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails/ make cold calls with current job openings to passive candidates
- Produce periodic reports and dashboards
- Compose job offer letters
- Onboard new hires
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

- Managing employee issues and concerns
- Managing Disciplinary procedure as and when required
- Managing the payroll
Job Requirements
- Males only.
- Maximum Age 35 .
- Must have IT industry.
- Have Diploma in the related filed is plus.
- Average 7 years solid HR domain experience.
- Proven track record as technical recruiter.
- Excellent command over English language.
- Prefer who lives close to Nasr City , Heliopolis , or close area .
