Job Description
- Contribute in improving fleet and equipment utilization, maintenance availability and fuel efficiency.
- Evaluate transportation cost and other expenses.
- Build a wide database of service providers as well as negotiating the rates and the contracts with them.
- Monitor and assess the quality and the performance of the service providers and implement improvements.
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
- Allocate required equipment according to business requirements.
- Preparing equipment needs plan according to business requirements and decide on owned/outsourced split.
- Monitoring equipment performance and recording its usage.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience of handling heavy trucks not vans.
- Oil & Gas field experience.
- Very good knowledge of the Environment, Health & Safety standards.
- Engineering background would be preferable.
- From 7 to 10 years experience with Multinational exposure.
