Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Manage customers' accounts.
  • Follow up on customer interaction.

Job Conditions:
