Job Description
- Prepares data and account information for revenue and sales accounts of customers in the branch in accordance with the procedures approved by the company
- Record and keep all delivery orders and customers in the branch work the matches of customers to verify the accuracy of accounts.
- Follow-up receipt of returns from the customers of the branch and their compliance with the authorizations of addition in stores and deducted from the customer's balance.
- Record and balance all actual supplies to customers and returns and issue invoices for customers and ensure the liquidation of the value of customer invoices compared to the authorizations of the exchange of the product from the stores with the authorizations of return and receipt of the customer in accordance with the procedures and systems approved by the Financial Management
- Follow-up collections of customers of the branch, either through the treasury or checks and registration and update on the database of the client
- Registering and depositing the payee and the balance of the customers' debts of the branch and their timing to each customer according to the actual date
- Follow-up the credit system of all customers of the branch and the periods of allowing customers and their classification in accordance with the seriousness of payment and thus redefining and reviewing the credit limit of customers and grace periods and applying the guidance to follow up the payment of receivables (customer indebtedness) in this regard
- Analyzing and tracking the sales of each customer in terms of items, financial value, profits, growth of the percentage of sales and raising the periodic reports to the financial manager in preparation for discussing them with the commercial sector in accordance with procedures approved by the financial management
- Analysis and follow-up of sales of each product category in terms of financial value and profits, growth of the percentage of sales and the raising of periodic reports to the Head of Accounts Receivables and customers in preparation for discussion with the commercial sector in accordance with procedures approved by the Financial Management
- Depositing funds and checks in banks in accordance with the directives of the Head of Accounts Receivable and Customer Accounts Section
- Conduct the necessary communication with the branch manager in terms of following up the implementation of customer credit policies according to the credit limits and the terms of each client
- Provide a report analyzing the quantity and types of sales of various products to analyze the proportion of sales of slow moving products and products with higher profitability to encourage movement within the actual sales group and submit the analysis report to the branch manager and the head of Accounts Receivables and customers to follow up and to take necessary
Job Requirements
- Obtain a high technical qualification appropriate - Faculty of Commerce - Accounting Department
- Have a technical or vocational training related to the job activity
- To have the technical knowledge and skills of the requirements of the Egyptian accounting systems. Knowledge, technical knowledge, financial center reporting skills, income and budget reports, performance / efficiency analysis reports, knowledge and technical knowledge of all accounting systems and techniques and technical knowledge of all accounting systems and techniques
