Job Scope:
- Customer service over the phone.
- Chatting with the customers to resolve their complains and inquires.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

Job Requirements
- University graduates.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service/call center is a must.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
