Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Customer service over the phone.
  • Chatting with the customers to resolve their complains and inquires.
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
  • Explore the required negotiation skills when needed.

More Information:

  • Candidates will be responsible for the Call Center, Email & Chat.

Job Requirements

  • University graduates.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service/call center is a must.
  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Display a capacity for problem solving and multitasking.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new tasks quickly.
  • Desire to work in fast paced, highly dynamic environment.
