Job Description

  • Advertise the available positions in all possible channels to solicit the right candidate for each position.
  • Write complete detailed comprehensive job description for each job position in the high-level chart provided by management
  • Build KPI's for all positions job descriptions and get salary breakdown for each including target KPI objective achievement in salary.
  • Assist in providing Egypt labor laws and regulation and insurance regulation.
  • Be responsible for minimize company turn over and wrong hiring.
  • Build company office manuals and grading system and benefits system for grades.
  • Ensure selected candidates are accurately defined and chosen to avoid turn over
  • Review employee’s appraisal periodically and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage training system budget, needs, delivery, results and selection of institutes and trainers within Egypt or outside.
  • Build HR quality improvement manuals and establish improvement mechanism to ensure sustained improvement and good working environment.
  • Build Organization Chart as per standard.
  • Assign and review salary structure as per standard and benchmark.
  • Head hunting from named employers in Egypt market.
  • Interview candidate and filter CV’s as per criteria.
  • Build Staff KPI and perform reviews and appraisal.
  • Plan HR growth plans.
  • Build Company policy manual as per Egypt law on different grades.
  • Provide Contract as per Egypt Labor laws for different jobs.
  • Build Performance Management System based on Professional Behavior/ Attitude and Relative Knowledge & Skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or relative
  • Expert in Recruitment, Payroll, Training and Personnel
  • Post graduate study in Human Resources from a reputable college is a MUST
  • Minimum 4 years' of experience
  • Experience in working in a start up companies
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn
  • Hard worker, passionate and strong independent person
  • Capable of handling multiple regional tasks with excellent results
  • Able to deal with different cultures and personalities
  • Microsoft Office is a MUST
