Job Description
- Processes accounts receivable and payable according to Shiny White Center policy and guidelines
- Preparing financial papers for internal and external vendors.
- Writing monthly reports to determine whether the financial information generated are accurate.
- Performing account receivable duties and assisting with preparing the Clinic’s budget.
- Creating ledgers and financial analysis reports on Shiny White Center
- Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial activities.
- Ensuring that all transactions performed by the center are done accurately and efficiently, and prepare financial statements on a monthly basis.
- Preparing Utilization Report for all staff, according to the Managers' requests
- Reviewing bills and claims for accurate information
- Preparing billing reports and other documents to provide to government agencies as needed
- Handle day to day inquiries from patients under the name of the finance
Job Requirements
Qualification & Education & Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in the area of financial statement preparation, budgeting, accounts payable and accounts receivable, or the equivalent.
- Experience working with an automated financial management system.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Training & Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures.
- Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion.
- Knowledge and ability in the use of software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
