Job Description:
- Manage & co-develop execution of short & medium-term strategic market plans – market, product, and internal processes
- Scope product development potential & new market opportunities; articulate value chain analysis for core product, developments & derivatives
- Lead the marketing associates team
- Lead technical/marketing meetings & ideation sessions for collaborative product-market developments
- Engage & develop new markets domestically & abroad
- Initiate, lead & close business deal negotiations
- Ideate, design and execute all marketing engagement tactics, activities,& promotional material content
- Design, develop & articulate market research & data - domestic & abroad
- Engage all acquired & potential clientele through direct technical advisor/CEO phone-calls, meetings & emails
- Represent Chitosan.Egypt at trade shows, conferences, & other market events
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years previous marketing or sales experience - preferably in the agricultural / pharmaceutical / industrial industries
- Passion to learn & develop your skill-sets
- Desire to locate & overcome challenges
- "Preferably" previous Agricultural / pharmaceutical / industrial professional experience
- Marketing management talent & a proven track record of sales/marketing achievements at previous workplaces
- Persuasive communication, presentation, negotiation & deal closure skills
- Ability to learn new technical knowledge, develop your team and work accordingly
- English : Professional working proficiency
