Sales Supervisor

Job Purpose:

• To ensure that the Sales team of the assigned branch is achieving the monthly sales target through proper execution of sales plan communicated through the Area Sales Manager.

Nature of job impact:

• Supervises Sales team to ensure the achievement of the monthly sales target.
• Carries responsibility for introducing new dealers and wholesalers within assigned area and maintain existing relationships with dealers and wholesalers.
• Carries responsibility for reviewing the daily sales report and sending it to the Area Sales Manager.
• Monitors competitor prices and offerings and reports it to the Area Sales Manager upon request and according to the previous month sales or by own estimate.
• Supervises daily cash collection and accounts settlement.
• Promotes Aman as per instructions of Area Sales Manager.
• Ensures availability of Aman and reviews the spreading levels.
• Issue daily reports concerning Aman achieving targets.
• Identify new sales leads to expand coverage of Aman.
• Conducts sales calls for key accounts.
• Approve monthly plan of Sales and Senior Sales Representatives.
• Carries responsibility for adding new rotations, and revising weekly rotations (for route).
• Carries responsibility for teaching and explaining the "hand held" device contents for the Sales team.
• Performs other related duties.
