Job Description
- Provide consultation for ESCC customers regarding the complete security solutions that secure their workflows and electronic transactions.
- Collect customer requirements and needs to provide them with the best PKI security solution that satisfies their needs.
- Design and implement complete PKI infrastructure trust centers.
- Design and implement security solutions in IT systems to secure the electronic transaction and the whole infrastructure in the private and governmental entities.
- Design and implement the PKI workflows scenarios for ESCC customers to facilitate their document workflows and help them to be a paperless organization.
- Write and evaluate the RFPs required for different projects assigned to ESCC.
- Write and prepare the Technical documents (CP, CPS, Design document, security concept, etc.…) required for implemented projects by ESCC.
- Innovate new technological solutions for the management of the smart cards and its operational cycles
- Supervise Installation and Deployment of the open source products and the programs developed by ESCC team to meet the systems ‘needs of the provided security solutions.
- Supervise the Installation of the required applications needed to deal with certificates and different systems.
- Ensure the business continuity without interruption through making clustering for all services provided.
- Do the Project management tasks for the assigned projects by ESCC’s manager.
- Secure the infrastructure for the different E-government applications gates.
- Design and implement secure networks, information systems and achieving the technical integration for (firewalls, protection modules from hackers, electronic protection alternatives ... etc.), whether for government agencies or the private sector.
- Integrate security solutions with mail systems.
- Design and implement network management, archiving and backup solutions.
- Provide the second level support for ESCC customer to facilitate the usage of ESCC implemented software and security solutions.
- Provide the required PKI technical training (tips and tricks) for the IT team of ESCC customer to get them ready to be the 1st level of support to their employees.
- Write and prepare the required documentation for the ESCC implemented PKI solutions and software.
- Being updated and trained with the new PKI and security technology in the market
- Manage and develop the performance of team to support business needs and effect team member progression.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Information Security Engineer.
- M.Sc. in Information Security is preferable.
- 10 + years experience in Information Security and PKI.
- Ability to understand and create test plans and test cases from specifications or verbal communications.
- Liaison with development, project management, and customer support.
- Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes.
- Security solutions architecture experience.
- Business process understanding
- Deep Knowledge in Information Security.
- Deep Knowledge in PKI.
- Deep knowledge in Network Management Systems.
- Deep Knowledge in Network Security.
- E-signature applications testing.
- Knowledge in E-signature Tools.
- Deep Knowledge in designing and implementing E-signature Trust centers.
- A good understanding of the software development process.
- Good judgment skills.
- Good writing skills (for documenting the process).
- Good communications and consultancy skills.
- The ability to lead and/or manage work teams.
- The ability to work in a team and as an individual.
- Good presentation skills.
