Job Description
- Develop, manage, and operate an effective and efficient quarter and annual strategy for the division.
- Support in developing, managing and operating an effective and efficient mechanism for fulfilling all main responsibilities of the operations of logistics division.
- Participate with the operations director in developing growth strategy plan for his/her sections and action plans.
- Support in developing and manage annual and periodical consolidated financial plans and budgets for the operations of logistics division plans and activities.
- Implement the operations of logistics division standard for efficient and effective performance of implementation in order to achieve targets and plans.
- Responsible for managing the resources, transportation, warehouses /or custom clearance teams.
- Ensure applying and maintaining all health, safety and insurance rules and regulations in all operational aspects.
- Responsible for continuous updates of the company logistics in regards to the new technological equipment and techniques.
- Create an efficient filling mechanism to ensure maintain data.
- Ensure applying and maintaining accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
- Manage and supervise monthly action plans developed by the resources, transportation, warehouses /or custom clearance teams.
- Manage and supervise solving daily obstacles in regards to the resources, transportation, warehouses /or custom clearance activities.
- Responsible for re-evaluating action plans of his team and take any corrective actions.
- Provide superiors with technical support when required.
- Perform any tasks required by his\her superior within the operations of logistics division’s responsibilities.
- Perform a periodical technical evaluation for his team within the operation of logistics division’s.
- Perform periodical (monthly/weekly) reports to superior upon achievements and performance.
- Compliance with all administrative and technical rules applied by the company.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Experiences:
- Master degree in management or other related fields preferred to be in logistics.
- Minimum of 8-10 years work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position, preferably related to logistics management.
- Proven experience in operations and people management.
