Job Description
- Handling all local and export customer orders on ERP system
- Ensuring due dates for customers are met by planning department
- Ensuring daily deliveries of local orders are matched with orders
- Organizing export customer orders and prepare shipping information
- Contacting export customers/subsidiaries to ensure status of open orders and feedback
- Working closely with finance department for review of prices and payment terms of customers
- Issuing daily and monthly reports and tracking of service level
Job Requirements
- Min 2 years experience in a manufacturing company
- Perfect French and English
- B. Sc. in Business or equivalent
