Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate action.
- Ability to create and develop marketing and social media campaigns including budget & schedule planning.
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms besides increasing presence on existing platforms.
FB Responsibilities:
The following duties require a candidate with unique interaction and average response time of a few seconds.
- Add and edit permissions and page admins.
- Follows up and escalates issues to concerned departments.
- Generates, publishes and shares daily content (FB Posts, images, videos and ADs).
- Follows up on the customer replies and solving their complains.
- Collects customer data, analyses interactions and website visits to create comprehensive reports, and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

- A Bachelor's degree at least.
- Well-versed in Internet technologies and applications
- Working knowledge of Internet marketing concepts
- A team-oriented, hard working individual who likes to collaborate
- Avid Internet user with strong computer skills
- Blogging and social media experience (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.)
- Strong multi-tasking skills with a keen attention to detail
- Basic HTML experience preferred
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Experience in social media or digital marketing
- Experience in interactive communications or online content management
