Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated individual who will be responsible for performing a full audit on payment documents, the procurement cycle, and the transactions classifications according to the manuals, the authority matrix, and the document process in Nagwa.
Responsibilities
- Performing a full audit on payment documents and the procurement cycle according to the manuals and the authority matrix
- Performing a full audit on the transactions classifications
- Reviewing the monthly checkbooks and bank reconciliation
- Preparing and presenting reports that reflect audit results and document the process
- Documenting processes and preparing audit findings memoranda
- Assisting in monthly and yearly closing
- Assisting in preparing monthly variance analysis reports
- Engaging in continuous knowledge development regarding sector rules and regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 4+ years of proven experience in the accounting or auditing field
- Good knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards, IFRS, and tax laws
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports
- Good command of the English language
