Job Description
- Acting as a technical support engineer to investigate and solve technical issues received from our customers.
- Study and take certification exam(s) to maintain our partnership with our vendors.
- Meeting with customers over the phone, email, or on-site for any technical aspects related to business development.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our voice and call center solution meet client needs.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
- Generating technical sales proposals and contracts.
- Attending and/or participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Acting as on-call for any problems escalation out of working hours.
Job Requirements
- Technical Voice engineer with at least 3 years’ experience in AVAYA Call Center Solutions and AVAYA IPT Solutions
- Ability to learn and administrate VOIP solutions from Third party vendors rather than AVAYA.
- Linux background is a plus
- PHP development background is a plus
