Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Network and VoIP Strategy recommendation and execution.
  • Network and VoIP budget planning and execution.
  • Network and VoIP policy review, recommendation and implementation.
  • Facilitate and ensure Network and VoIP strategy is communicated to stakeholders and update on Network and VoIP strategy implementation.
  • Internal and External Network and VoIP Audit assessment and implementation of approved recommendations
  • Network and VoIP regulatory compliance.
  • Management Network and VoIP risks and recommendations of appropriate risk treatment or mitigant.
  • Network and VoIP Resource assessment and administration
  • Management and documentation of approved processes
  • Define, document and enforce SLAs with all Network and VoIP 3rd party service providers
  • Responsibility for all Network and VoIP projects and ensure completion within budget and deadline.
  • Install, troubleshoot and maintain existing IT systems.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
  • Liaise with vendors and ISPs
  • Support Agents in IT ‘know how’ related task
  • Setup and deployment of end-user equipment

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge in Windows servers & workstations. Preferably with MCITP certification.
  • Strong knowledge in Linux.
  • Strong knowledge in Asterisk and VoIP scalable systems.
  • Strong knowledge in networking.
  • Strong knowledge in IP PBX systems like 3CX or Asterisk.
  • Solid Cloud experience, preferably in AWS
  • Experience with visualization and containerization
  • Experience with monitoring systems
  • Experience with automation software (e.g., Puppet, CFEngine, Chef)
  • Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
  • Analytical thinking & methodical troubleshooting approach
