Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events.
- They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail.
- They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Coordination of operation time table inside the Atelier.
- Follow-up designs.
- Follow the operating commands.
- Follow-up employees files
- Follow-up and files suppliers
- Follow-up of implementation schedules
- Action Plan
- Manage clients accounts (from the first prova to the delivery and the registration of the documents).
- Attend clients meetings
- Weekly Report to the CEO
- Monthly report to the CEO
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
