Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events.
  • They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail.
  • They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
  • Coordination of operation time table inside the Atelier.
  • Follow-up designs.
  • Follow the operating commands.
  • Follow-up employees files
  • Follow-up and files suppliers
  • Follow-up of implementation schedules
  • Action Plan
  • Manage clients accounts (from the first prova to the delivery and the registration of the documents).
  • Attend clients meetings
  • Weekly Report to the CEO
  • Monthly report to the CEO

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor

  • Working under heavy stress environment

Working Conditions:
