Job Description
Our client is an HR & Recruitment solutions market player. They are expanding their recruitment operations for offshore contact centers. Due to huge requests pipeline and due to big targets they are requested to fulfill, they are looking for an active, well connected and ambitious recruiter/sourcing person to join them with below tasks:
- Discover new sourcing channels to create a ready pool for new hires.
- Establish active hiring through company's Social Media channels.
- Discover potential talents, collect their data, filter based on primarily provided details.
- Perform phone screening as an initial step to filter candidates according to set criteria.
- Use mastered command of English in assessing candidates fluency and ability to match job's linguistic needs.
- Capable of demonstrating job role, career path and convert candidates mindset about the job and its future and benefits.
- Conduct face to face interviews with filtered candidates.
- Calibrate with clients on new hires criteria and characteristics matching job requirements.
- Attends operational interviews, discuss and debate selection decision with other stakeholders.
- Ensure selecting ONLY best fits for each position.
- Reporting all sourcing, recruitment efforts and funnel path/rates.
- Thinks out of the box of new sourcing channels for qualified talents that matches job's requirements.
