Bosta.co, a logistics company based in Cairo, helps businesses deliver their packages same day leveraging the latest and greatest using technology and algorithms.
In less than 9 months, we closed 3 rounds of investment with Egyptian and Emirati institutes funding our vision to become the next unicorn in Logistics.
We believe money alone is not what builds a successful brand, but rather the people shaping it for the future. In light of that purpose, we are on a quest to find a Lead Sales Associate.
You will be required to :
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce Bosta.co and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work with the Sales Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
