In less than 9 months, we closed 3 rounds of investment with Egyptian and Emirati institutes funding our vision to become the next unicorn in Logistics.
We believe money alone is not what builds a successful brand, but rather the people shaping it for the future. In light of that purpose, we are on a quest to find a Sales Associate.
Sales Associate Job Purpose:
Provide first-class customer service in a timely, friendly, and knowledgeable manner via face to face interaction. Acts as a liaison to customers who are looking to use our Service. Demonstrates product (service) knowledge for the benefit of purchasers. We are looking for Regional B2B Sales Associate who is ultimately required to maximize all business opportunities on behalf of the company.
By liaising with customers, current and potential, and other departments within the industry, the Sales Executive takes all worthwhile opportunities to expand a business.
Main Responsibilities for a Sales Executive:
- A Sales Associate would promote all services that the company could offer and would follow up any leads to sourcing new clients.
- The Sales Associate is responsible for developing sales targets and strategies with the help of the sales team and then overseeing that these targets are met.
- You must report to the Sales Area Manager with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the staff and the completion of sales targets.
- A Sales Associate must use their initiative to source new clients. This includes following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations.
- The Sales Associate must attend any conferences and functions where the promotion of the company’s services is possible, and they must prepare and give sales presentations.
- You must give accurate advice to potential and current customers regarding the services available, offering a range of moving solutions appropriate to the client.
Job Requirements
Key skills and qualifications of a Sales Executive:
- You may be required to hold qualifications relating to Sales.
- A Sales Associate must have strong man-managing skills, able to efficiently manage a team and liaise with other operations teams.
- The Sales Associate must also have good customer services skills to deal day-to-day with all inquiries and cultivate relationships with future clients.
- You must also have good communication skills as much of the job involves presentations, conferences, and other sales pitches.
- The Sales Associate must be able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office any other standard software related to Sales and Marketing.
