Job Description
- Supervises all Sr. Instructors and Instructors.
- Develops all the existing instructors.
- Monitors and supervises all Instructors.
- Makes workshops for all the Senior Instructors in order to develop their performance.
- Manages all the Sr. Instructors and Instructors problems and all kind job related issues.
- Handles all hiring and terminating updates and inform the HR with it.
- Responsible for the demos of the new Instructors and attending the final assessment to pick up the best caliber.
- Follows up on the missing and new numbers of attending students in all the classes with the Sr. Instructor.
- Assists with the educational curriculum development.
- Follows up with the instructors their adherence to the house rules.
- Observes classes on a regular base to ensure the use of a variety of instructional strategies.
- Takesdisciplinary actions with instructors who do not follow the rules by deductions, written and verbal warning.
- Ensures the delivery of exceptional operational and technical standards throughout branches with Sr. Instructors.
- Identifies "below performing" instructors and develops a business plan to address and manage issues effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Educational field.
- CELTA,TEFL or TOT Certificate is a must.
- At lest 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Min age: 30
- Max age: 50
- Strong experience in training and development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participates in new projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft.
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Have a very positive work attitude.
- Have the will to work some longer hours during peak periods.
