- Understanding, analyzing, and validating the business specifications in order to deliver a comprehensive solution.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting problems encountered during development in order to deliver reliable software solutions.
- Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports in order to send solutions to the customer in a timely manner.
- Ensuring proper documentation of the program for easy understanding for modification or change of code process for the team.
- Improving operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Keeping on top of new technology and ensuring that it is implemented as and when it is necessary.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience preferred, with an emphasis on systems development including system design, development, unit test and deployment.
- Strong demonstrated experience in development using C#,OOP and OOD.
- Desktop application development experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with T-SQL & Crystal Reports
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Object-Oriented development experience required.
- Excellent research and documentation skills.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze data using Microsoft Access, Excel, or other tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team of software developers.
- Experienced in WH systems.
