Massive is a high growth Furniture company on a mission to improve manufacturing in emerging markets. We are hiring Operations Coordinator who will be able to cope with the fast moving environment.
Throughout your career in Operations Coordinator, you'll receive continued training and find yourself playing an increasing role in customer engagements in line with your learning.
Responsibilities
- Participating in setting operations strategy.
- Handling daily operational issues to ensure technicians arrive on time and service quality is high.
- Daily reviews of available manpower vs. customer demand
- Support in technician orientation.
- Handle customers orders from A to Z.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Leadership skills to work with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities .
