Job Description
- Respond to any customer issue that comes through social media channels.
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
- Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms.
- Can manage Facebook ads and google Ad words campaign.
- Create Report for social media presence performance using multiple specialized tools.
- Manage social media day-to- day activities.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Participate in building and executing digital marketing strategy through
- competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit and publish social media ads.
- Monitoring and tracking of social media accounts and manage the company & website and online channels (twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Graduate with 2-4 years previous experience in a similar marketing role.
- Real Estate experience is preferable.
- Adequate knowledge of the job related programs and networking.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Creative marketing skills & ability to think out of the box.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- High level of customer service skills.
