Job Description
Setting the Daily Tasks Plan and managing Legal Fair Attorneys; including:-
- Follow-up with and direct Legal Fair Attorneys during the implementation of their tasks.
- Collect the daily reports of Legal Fair Attorneys.
- Prepare the Daily Tasks Plan and Assign tasks to Legal Fair Attorneys.
- Holding regular meeting with Legal Fair Attorneys.
- Apply Legal Fair KPI's to Legal Fair Attorneys.
- Coordination with other departments at Legal Fair in terms of handling Clients' tasks.
- Outdoor Major Tasks if required.
Drafting and reviewing bilingual legal documents; including:-
- OGMs, EGMs and BODs.
- Official Letters.
- Translating legal documents from English to Arabic and Vice Versa
Job Requirements
- Minimum Four years of experience in the fields of legal business & corporate law (GAFI, EFSA, IDA ...etc).
- Very good in English (Written and spoken).
- Not older than 35 years old
