- Monitor and improve product feature experience for drivers
- Manages Quality team
- Handle all communication among his team
- Improving and applying all deductions and Bonuses Policies
- Monitors his team KPIsAnalyzes "Quality, Punctuality and Training" data
- Take decisions relative to the data collectedImproves his team's performance
- Improving and making sure all his teams policies are applied
- Responsible for on time ride quality
- Reviewing Captain Absence and Captains Behaviour Sheets
- Reporting Drivers Behavior to captain support, training and supply teams
- Reporting Drivers Deductions to Captain support team
- Reporting Dashboard and Captain App issues to the tech team
- Prepare all required reports related to Captains and rides
- Provides performance monthly reports for all Quality Team
- Building strong relationship with captains and boost their loyalty to Swvl
- The ultimate decision maker in Captains termination
- Assigning backup vans and handling their positioning around the city
Job Requirements
- Can work under stress
- Full capability of using excel
- Very organized and very detailed oriented
- Multi tasked and very presentable
- More than 2 Years of experience in same position
