Job Description

  • Provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives in the advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate the advertising campaigns post client approval and ensure that the advertising campaign run smoothly.
  • Will also work closely with clients and internal teams to best meet the client needs.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication internally and externally.
  • Work with sales team and customer to ensure that operations are running smoothly and the client is satisfied.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate “ 0 to 1 experience”.
  • Very good English.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet clients’ deadlines.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions for clients’ needs.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Mass Communications or related majors.
  • Highly coordination skills for tasks of different company department.
  • Adaptable & Flexible.
  • Respectability.
