Job Description
The Operations Manager oversees the company’s operations including inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment. He/She will also be required to manage all inventory levels and reducing all out of stocks. The Operations Manager also ensures the company is carrying right inventory and ensures all projects are completed on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory management based on sales
- Forecasting on Inventory
- Stock measurements
- Replenishment in stores
- Order fulfillment
- Logistics-routes of deliver cars, also handling shipping from suppliers
- Event handling- delivery availability
- Warehouse monitoring
- Vendor Management- payments and invoices
- Procurement for warehouse
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management/ Finance/ or Logistics
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field, preferably in Retail
- Knowledge in ERP systems is a plus
