Job Description

  • Responsible for executing and managing all types of correspondences; email, fax, letter, memo, etc.
  • Creating a solid archiving system both manually and electronically.
  • Preparing the management meetings; manage calendar effectively, coordinate with invitees, take minutes of meeting and dispatch to all participants
  • Liaise with other departments to follow up progress and manage deadlines
  • Follow up with the Finance team to ensure compliance and adherence to plans and rules
  • Respond to all users’ inquiries to provide supplies and tools
  • Prepare regular reports to assist in decision-making process

Job Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in similar role in business-oriented organizations
  • BSc degree in Business Administration or Commerce
  • Excellent communication & language skills
  • Excellent Computer skills, professionalism in excel is a must
  • Excellent organizing & problem-solving skills
  • Proactivity and self-starter
  • Analytical thinking ability
  • Able to work independently with minimal assistance
  • High level of accountability and punctuality
  • Able to work extra hours as required
  • Multitasks
  • Nasr City or nearby residents are highly preferred
