Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and talented Senior Web Developer to join our team.
- You will play a central role in the design and development of Malaeb product’s backend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building dynamic applications using an Agile development methodology.
- We look for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment – which means wearing many hats, being able to change direction quickly, and showing an eagerness to learn new technologies as the need arises.
- Together, we try to find new ways to create a great experience for all our users at all times.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years professional experience in full life cycle web development using best practices.
- 1+ years experience with Laravel and a JavaScript framework such as Vue/React/Angular.
- Proven experience with PHP, JavaScript, CSS and SQL.
- Experience in Test driven development and/or Unit testing.
- Ability to work closely with, and incorporate feedback from product management and UI engineers.
Nice to have:
- Experience making software stack and architecture decisions.
- Experience in mobile app development.
- Worked in agile development workflow, e.g. Scrum.
- Using Jira (as a developer) for team collaboration.
