Job Description
- A leading real estate company, located in Sheikh Zayed
Job Duties:
- Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
- Maintain the customer success process to serve the annual business plan.
- Make continues engagement with the client and work on making sure that the client renews the contract next year.
- Receive the problems from the clients and deliver them to the concerned Parties and make sure that the problem is solved, and the customer is satisfied.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face;
- Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants;
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
- Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing;
- Writing reports analysis the customer service that your organization provides;
- Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the same role in Real Estate is a must
- 4+ years of experience
- Male
- Very Good English
- Bachelor's Degree
