Job Description
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Provide guidance to clients in purchasing a property for the right price under the best terms.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as contract agreements.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure the closing of property deals till vital documents & contract are signed.
- Oversee the promotion of property sales in accordance with the marketing team.
- Provide periodic reports to the head accounts manager on sales operation.
- Participate in sales exhibitions and events to promote company image and expand company network.
