Job Description
- Developing strategy, sales plans and profit targets
- Developing relationships with clients.
- Responsible for meeting targets and actively driving revenue growth/increasing co. market share through managing the assigned during all stages of the sales process and bringing-in new customer accounts.
- Must be able to identify all technical issues of customer and propose / generate the right solution (service).
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
- Representing the business at exhibitions and networking events.
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated area.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirement and providing added value offering.
- Preparing sales reports and keeping customer records.
- Supporting the design of custom-made products.
- Maximizing new business development opportunities
- Establish a new sales team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in architecture or civil field is a must.
- Experience in real estate is a must.
- Excellent English language.
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office.
- Possess strong presentation skills and able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails and when submitting reports.
- Organized and analytical,able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Presentable.
- Prefer driving license.
