About the Job
  • Developing strategy, sales plans and profit targets
  • Developing relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for meeting targets and actively driving revenue growth/increasing co. market share through managing the assigned during all stages of the sales process and bringing-in new customer accounts.
  • Must be able to identify all technical issues of customer and propose / generate the right solution (service).
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
  • Representing the business at exhibitions and networking events.
  • Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated area.
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirement and providing added value offering.
  • Preparing sales reports and keeping customer records.
  • Supporting the design of custom-made products.
  • Maximizing new business development opportunities
  • Establish a new sales team.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in architecture or civil field is a must.
  • Experience in real estate is a must.
  • Excellent English language.
  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office.
  • Possess strong presentation skills and able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails and when submitting reports.
  • Organized and analytical,able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • Presentable.
  • Prefer driving license.
