About the Job

Our client is a top Medical Insurance brokerage company in Egypt and they're looking for Account Executives to join their team.


Providing outstanding customer service by proactively managing a portfolio of key accounts. Being a key contact for customers and responsible for managing customer relationships including application, ongoing support, claims management, renewals and retaining clients by solving their issues.


  • Proactively reaching out to customers to make sure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Being the first and only point of contact to the customers, handling all internal processes and making sure that the inquiry/issue is resolved.
  • Revising all turned in applications, ensuring accuracy of data by verifying it and sourcing any incomplete data.
  • Managing the renewal process to ensure the customer’s buy-in and
  • Commitment to the product that they are renewing.
  • Managing customers’ payment plans.
Job Requirements
  • University degree
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in Customer Service/Clients Relations or any relevant field.
  • Excellent English language
  • Excellent Communication & Problem Solving skills
  • Ability to Multi-task
