Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Working Conditions:

  • The Vacancy is in our factory in the 6th of October , with fixed working hours (No shifts)

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service field and preferable in industrial or FMCG sector.
  • Very Good English language (Spoken - Written).
  • Good Computer Skills.
  • Very good communication Skills.
  • Living in 6th of October or nearby areas.
