Job Scope:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Working Conditions:
- The Vacancy is in our factory in the 6th of October , with fixed working hours (No shifts)
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service field and preferable in industrial or FMCG sector.
- Very Good English language (Spoken - Written).
- Good Computer Skills.
- Very good communication Skills.
- Living in 6th of October or nearby areas.
